Chinese Traditional Food Workshop “Gazing at the Moon” ─ Jam & Five-nut Mooncake

As the name suggests, this is a mooncake containing five kinds of nuts. The rich and varied fillings on the palate make the traditional five-in-one mooncakes unique out of the many variety of mooncakes.

“Cooking Mama” Ellen Chow will show how to make healthy and delicious mooncakes with a nutritious five-nut filling, giving new meaning and endless possibilities to the traditional mooncake taste by adding fresh homemade jam.
