Té Bottega Cultural Activities Lock Cha Tea House, located on the ground floor of Block F, is a platform for the promotion of Chinese tea culture, and Jao-Tsung-I Academy is a perfect venue for this kind of promotion. The two parties have come together to create a multifunctional centre consisting of a tea shop and an exhibition hall aiming to promote tea and related aspects of Chinese culture.
