Support and Donations

As a not-for-profit organization, the Hong Kong Institute for Promotion of Chinese Culture in operating Jao Tsung-I Academy, uses your donation to support our mission to promote Chinese Culture, Hong Kong’s history, the arts, education, and facilitate cultural and academic interchange.

While we have established a minimum fee for some activities, most of our activities and exhibitions are free, although many visitors and participants contribute more than the minimum to help support our mission.

Jao Tsung-I Academy (JTIA) is a project under the “Revitalizing Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme” of the HKSAR Government. The Hong Kong Government invested over HK$ 230 million to the conservation and restoration of the site, the site’s daily operation and maintenance on a self-financed basis.

Your donation will go directly towards heritage conservation and cultural promotion. Thank you!
