You can reach Jao Tsung-I Academy within a few minutes' walk from Exit B of Mei Foo MTR Station.

Take Exit B at Mei Foo Station and walk in the direction of the CLP Power Substation. Go up to the footbridge and turn left to the Castle Peak Sitting Out Area. Then cross Castle Peak Road at the pedestrian crossing to arrive at Jao Tsung-I Academy.

Or you can take Exit A at Lai Chi Kok Station, then walk to the bus station next to Cheung Sha Wan Plaza and take bus No. 31B, 32, 35A, 36B or 286X. Alight at the Jao Tsung-I Academy stop.

Take KMB bus No. 31B, 32, 35A, 36B, 40 or 286X. Alight at the Jao Tsung-I Academy stop.

Parking Lot Terms and Conditions

Pick-up/Drop-off Arrangement for Passengers/Cargo Vehicles

Security personnel will record the entry time of all vehicles entering the parking lot. Passenger/cargo vehicles are exempt from parking administrative fees for the first 15 minutes. All pick-up/drop-off arrangements operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, entry may be refused, and no waiting spaces are provided.
If the vehicle exceeds the initial 15-minute exemption period, the relevant fees must be paid (overtime fees calculated from entry time at HK$50 per 30 minutes). Fees are based on the actual departure time and are the responsibility of the relevant department/cooperating organization or vehicle owner.

Vehicle Parking Arrangement

(For Customers of On-site Dining Establishments Only)

Daytime Session
8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(Parking administrative fee: HK$50 per vehicle per entry during this session)
For any vehicle overstaying beyond this session limit, an additional administrative fee of HK$50 per vehicle per entry will be charged.

Evening Session
5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
(Parking administrative fee: HK$80 per vehicle per entry during this session)
The parking lot closes at 11:00 PM. All vehicles without special permission must leave by 11:00 PM or earlier.

Security personnel will record the entry time of all parking vehicles, with the first 15 minutes exempt from parking administrative fees.
Parking services are exclusively for restaurant customers. The parking fee will be charged after dining, and the restaurant staff will stamp on the temporary parking permit for identification. Customers must present the stamped permit along with the restaurant’s receipt to the security personnel.
All non-reserved parking spots are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be no waiting, and extra spaces for parking spaces.
Security personnel will direct vehicles to designated parking spaces and issue one temporary parking permit per vehicle, stating the entry and exit times for record-keeping. If the permit is lost, the replacement fee will be charged with HK$50 per permit. Stamped temporary parking permits are valid for only one entry during the session, non-transferable, and non-reusable.

General Rules and Notices

Jao Tsung-I Academy reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions, modify them without any notice, and make final decisions. These terms apply from Monday to Sunday and on all public holidays. The parking lot is closed after 11:00 PM daily. For enquiries, please call 2100 2828 (general enquiries) or 2100 2777 (24-hour security assistance).
Without the permission from the Jao Tsung-I Academy , all vehicles must leave by 11:00 PM or earlier. Academy staff or security personnel have the right to clamp or tow away the overstaying vehicles. The unclamping/overtime administrative fee will be charged with HK$400 per vehicle, plus subsequent parking fees of HK$100 per hour per vehicle. Towing fee: HK$3,000 per vehicle. The Academy is not responsible for any damage caused by clamping or towing.
All vehicle owners or drivers must comply with instructions from Jao Tsung-I Academy staff or authorised persons ( security personnel) and these rules. Jao Tsung-I Academy reserves the right to request violators to leave and terminate their parking privileges.
The Academy reserves the right to refuse entry for non-emergency vehicles for pick-up/drop-off of passengers/cargo or parking during programs, events or adverse weather conditions.
No public parking spaces (hourly or monthly) or public reserved parking applications are available. Visitors may need to use nearby parking lots.
A parking space is reserved for vehicles with a valid parking permit for the disabled issued by the Transport Department. Such vehicles are exempted from one parking administrative fee during the parking session. Spaces are allocated by security personnel on a first-come, first-served basis, with no reservations or standby options. Jao Tsung-I Academy reserves the right to refuse access during program events or adverse weather.
Jao Tsung-I Academy is not responsible for any theft, damage to vehicles (including during pick-up/drop-off or parking) or items inside vehicles, or any personal injuries within the parking lot premises, under any circumstances.
Due to limited space in the parking lot, tourist minibuses of 16 seats or larger, trucks over 5.5 tons, and container vehicles cannot be accommodated.
