Heritage Lodge, as an integral part of Jao Tsung-I Academy, is looking for Operation Officers / Overnight Operation Officers to serve as our guests' all first point of contact and to manage all aspects of their stay.
Requirements
• Secondary school graduated or above, vocational training in hotel institute is preferable
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to work at day and overnight shift
