Operation Officers / Overnight Operation Officers

Heritage Lodge, as an integral part of Jao Tsung-I Academy, is looking for
Operation Officers / Overnight Operation Officers to serve as our guests’ all first point of contact and to manage all aspects of their stay.

Responsibilities
•    Provide welcome and farewell, registration, rooming, and cashiering services to
arriving and departing guests in a most courteous, efficient and professional way
•   Responsible for guests Check-in & Check-out process
•   Handles guest complaints and enquires

Job Specifications

•   Secondary school graduated or above, vocational training in hotel institute is preferable
•   Strong communications and interpersonal skills
•   Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•   Willing to work at day and overnight shift
•   Fresh graduate will also be considered
